摘　　要：邓小平同志高度重视党的制度建设,对党的根本制度、领导制度、组织制度、监督制度建设等问题作了比较全面的论述,形成了系统的思想。在邓小平党的制度建设思想指导下,我们党逐步走出了一条不靠搞政治运动,而靠建立健全和改革完善党的制度来全面加强党的建设的新路子,对于党和国家的各项制度建设,对于党和国家社会生活走向秩序化、制度化,保证党和国家长治久安发挥了重大作用,也丰富和发展了马克思主义党建理论。Comrade Deng had payed great attention to Party's institution construction. On discussing Party's essential construction,leading construction,orgnizing construction and sapervisal construction, he formed systematic thoughts. Under his thoughts, our Party kegan to construct vtself by institutions without political moument. It promotes Party and country's institution construction, assures their stability, and also enriches theory of Marxist party construction.
