多缸柴油机车辆在侧翻中“油垫”故障的理论分析

摘  要:通过理论计算得知,车辆侧翻后,发动机油底壳内的机油涌到了气缸的活塞底腔,由于机油侵没活塞底腔,活塞油环槽的回油孔变成了进油孔,致使油环刮油面减少气环泵油的作用失效.导致大量柴油与机油混合,雾化的柴油又变成了液体,影响了排气门的排出量,在活塞顶腔形成一个不可压缩的液体层,限制了活塞的继续向上运动,造成“油垫”故障.It is known by the theoretical caculation that the engine oil in the oil bottom shell of the motor gushed into the piston bottom cavity of gas cylinder after the cars side-crossing.It made the function of reducing pump oil for the oil ring lose efficacy after return-inig oil hole became entering one at the same time generous diesel oils and engine oils were mixed up,and the atmized diesel oils became liquid again .it effected the outage of the exhaust valve and limited the motion to the upper of the piston. So it caused “oil cushion ”fault.
