摘 要:选择2种含芳环化合物和2类不同的PP树脂成核剂,研究了PP树脂结晶成核中含芳环化合物的协同作用。结果表明,所使用的含芳环化合物在本质上属于PP树脂的β成核剂,其本身成核能力很差,但可以通过芳环和不同的成核物质对PP树脂结晶成核产生良好的协同作用;该协同作用将因基体树脂种类的不同而有不同的表现,其差异被认为和含芳环化合物的β成核效率有关,而β成核效率和PP树脂的性质有关;对β晶含量较多的F1002型PP树脂体系,其协同作用主要贡献于材料的冲击强度,而对不含β晶的2401型PP树脂体系,其协同作用主要贡献于材料的弯曲模量。By selecting two compounds with aryl and two nucleating agents with different (performance),the synergetic effect of aryl on polypropylene nucleation was investigated.It was found that the aryl compounds used were essentially attributed to β type nucleating agent to PP,possessing worse nucleating capacity.However,the combination of compounds with aryl and other nucleating (agents) manifested favorable synergetic effect on the nucleation of PP resin,which differed to the (characteristics) of PP matrix.The differences are considered relating to the nucleating efficiency of β type for the compounds with aryl,which have an effect on the properties of PP resin.Specifically,as to the matrix of PP F1002 with higher β crystal content,the synergetic effect mainly contributed to the impact strength,whereas for the matrix of PP 2401 without β crystal,the synergetic effect mainly (contributed) to the flexural strength.
