摘 要:用高分子量聚丙烯(HWPP)分别与共聚PP、均聚PP、POE熔融共混制备出HWPP的无机填料复合物。结果表明,当HWPP含量为20%时,HWPP与均聚PP复合物的加工流动性最好,通过共混可得到优异的力学性能,而加入适量的滑石粉对该复合材料的加工性能有着明显的改善;HWPP与共聚PP复合物在HWPP含量为20%时,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率在实验用量范围内最大,而其悬臂梁冲击强度在HWPP含量为30%时达到最大;在POE含量由10%上升到20%时,HWPP与POE的滑石粉填料复合物的悬臂梁冲击强度提高了近1倍。High molecular weight polypropylene (HWPP) was blended with homopolypropylene(ho-PP),copolypropylene(co-PP) and POE respectively.The results indicated when the content of HWPP was 20%,HWPP/ho-PP composite possessed the best processing fluidness and excellent (mechanical) properties,furthermore when filled with proper amount of talc powder,the processing (fluidness) of this comopsite had obvious improvement.When the content of HWPP was 20% in (HWPP/co-PP) composite,the elongation at break and the tensile strength of the composite were the highest,and its notched impact strength reached maximum value when HWPP content was 30%.When the content of POE was raised from 10% to 20%,the notched impact strength of HWPP/POE/talc powder composite was raised nearly one time.
