环保微孔泡沫塑料成型工艺的研究

摘　　要：介绍了微孔泡沫塑料的主要成型技术,详细阐述了连续挤出法的成型工艺及主要工艺条件对最终制品的影响。并通过部分实验加以讨论,提出了挤出制备微孔泡沫塑料的较佳工艺条件。目的是通过介绍引起人们对这种应用广泛、环境友好新材料的重视,从而促进对微孔泡沫塑料进一步的研究和开发。The introduction is made on the main foaming technologies of microcellular plastics,especially the processing technology of continueous extrusion and the effects of the main processing conditions on the final product.Therefore,good processing conditions for manufacturing microcellular plastics are discussed by experiments.The aim of the introdution is to arouse the attention to this wildly applied and friendly environmental material,so as to promote further developments of microcellular foams.
