摘　　要：项目是在复杂的自然和社会环境中进行的 ,受众多因素的影响。项目的过程和结果常常出人意料 ,使项目主体蒙受各种各样的损失 ,为了化解风险、避免和减少损失。项目主体就必须了解和掌握项目风险的来源、性质和发生规律 ,进而实行有效的管理 ,以达到项目的预期目的。The project proceeds in complicated nature with so ci al milieu, suffering the influence of numerous factors. The process of the proje ct with its result usually comes as a surprise, making the project subject under go all sorts of losses. For dissolving the risk, avoiding and reducing the loss, the project subject must know the source, nature and happening regulation of th e project risk to realize the expected purpose of the project.
