摘  要:5,6,7,8_四氢_β_萘酚是合成抗真菌新药利拉萘酯中的重要中间体之一.适应症为皮肤真菌感染的局部治疗.在我国该原料主要靠进口,本合成研究是以β_萘酚为原料,用RaneyNi做催化剂,在较小的压力下反应合成5,6,7,8_四氢_β_萘酚,收率稳定在67%以上(文献收率为50%),产物质量也好.本研究项目具有较好的应用前景及其社会效益和经济效益.5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-naphthol is one of the important intermediates to synthesize the new antifungal drug Liranaftate whose indication is local treatment of skin fungal infection. At present, the intermediate mainly depends on import. In this paper, it was synthesized by means of hydrogenation with 2-naphthol as starting material, using Raney Ni as catalyst under lower pressure. The product quality was good and its yield was more than 67%(higher than the previous reports). Good perspective application and better social and economical benefits were expected.
