摘　　要：外科治疗左心室壁瘤可以有效保护心肌,改善病人预后。近年来,更注重在切除左心室壁瘤的同时,应尽可能恢复左室的正常形态。The surgical treatment of the left ventricular aneurysm can effectively protect the myocardium,and improve the patient's prognosis.Recently more attention are paid on the reconstruction of the left ventricle as normally as possible,during the process of resecting the ventricular aneurysm.
