摘　　要：大鼠作为动物模型不但价格低廉,而且实用性极强,更重要的是其心脏结构与人类的心脏结构非常相似,已逐渐成为心血管疾病的常用模型。超声心动图对大鼠心脏疾患模型心功能的评价有其独特的优势,并日趋受到国内外学者的重视。现就部分大鼠心脏疾患模型的建立及超声心动图评价其心功能进展作一综述。Compared with other animals,building experimental model in rats is economic for it low cost and practical application.Now the cardiac structure shares similarities to human organism,and this experimental model has been widely applied for cardiac disease research.Nowadays,scholars both at home and abroad focus on echocardiography research for its advantages and preciseness in assessing cardiac function of animal experimental model.The purpose of the paper is to review the research and development in this field.
