中国地方性大学组织整合机制案例研究

摘　　要：为了研究中国地方性大学组织整合机制,通过问卷调查形式,采用随机抽样方法对某地方性大学进行了分析。结果显示:(1)科层机制在中国地方性大学的组织整合机制中占重要位置;(2)文化机制在中国地方性大学的组织整合中也发挥着一定的作用;(3)市场机制在中国地方性大学的组织整合中发挥的作用很小。因此,在当前的制度环境下,地方性大学应把科层机制作为主要整合机制,但必须重视文化机制的运用。随着高等教育逐步国际化、市场化,市场机制也将逐步发挥越来越大的作用。In order to research into the reorganization mechanism of Chinese local universities, the author of this paper has used the questionnaires to analyze a certain local university by the method of random sampling. The investigation results demonstrate that bureaucratic mechanism takes an important position and the culture mechanism also plays an important role while market mechanism only plays a minor role in the reorganization of Chinese local universities. Therefore, in the environments of existing system, Chinese local universities should take bureaucratic mechanism as the major reorganization mechanism and should also attach great importance to the operation of culture mechanism. With the step-by step internationalization and market performance of higher education, the market mechanism will play more and more important role.
