灯盏细辛HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法建立灯盏细辛药材的指纹图谱。方法以DiamonsilC18为色谱柱,采用甲醇和0.1%的磷酸梯度洗脱,流速0.6ml·min-1,检测波长335nm。结果精密度试验中各共有峰与灯盏乙素相对保留时间的RSD均小于1%,各规定峰面积比值的色谱峰相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%。符合指纹图谱研究技术要求。结论该方法简单,准确,重现性好,可作为灯盏细辛具有专属性的指纹图谱。OBJECTIVE HPLC fingerprinting of the extract of Erigeron breviscapus was established.METHODS A Diamonsil C_ 18 column was used with mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid and methanol with gradient elute.The flow rate was 0.6ml·min -1 ,at detection wavelength of 335nm.RESULTS The RSDs of relative retention time were less than 1% and the RSDs of relative peak area which are inspected were less than 3% in the precision examination .CONCLUSION The methods is simple ,accurate with good reproducibility.It may be practical value for the quality control of sample for Erigeron breviscapus.
