摘　　要：目的介绍中空栓的研究概况和进展。方法从近年来国内外发表的文献为依据,从中空栓的处方设计、制备方法及临床应用作一概括。结果中空栓具有生物利用度高,副作用小,制剂稳定性好等优点,便于个体给药,尤其适于小儿、呕吐及慢性病患者应用。结论中空栓有良好的可行性和开发前景。OBJECTIVE Summarize the research progress on hollow type suppository(HTS).METHODS Consulting the literatures at home and abroad,Sum up the progress in the research of performulation,preparing technology and clinical application of HTS.RESULTS HTS have high bioavailability less side effects and better stability of preparation.it is also convenient for the individualization of dosage and especially suitable for children and vomiting suffers and the patients with chronic disease.CONCLUSION HTS have good feasibility and wide prospects of application.
