兔毛蒿挥发油化学成分研究

摘　　要：菊科兔毛蒿属植物兔毛蒿(F(?)fotium sibiricum kitan)全草用水汽蒸馏法得到约0.52%的挥发油,d_4^(?) 0.8503,n_D^(?) 1.4680,用气相色谱—质谱联用技术,参照标准图谱鉴定了25个组分,占挥发油总量的55.6%,其中单萜组分12个,倍半萜7个。其它组分6个。Essential oils has been obtained from Fi(?)fo(?)um sibiricum Kitan by steam distillation in 0.52% yied with d_40^(20) 0.8503, n_D^(20) 1.4680. By GC-MS, altogether 25 chemical constituents were separated and identified. Their content aceouted for 55.6% of the essential oil, of which there are 12 monoterpinenes, 7 sesquiterpenes and 6 other compounds.
