摘　　要：建设一支高素质的学生思想政治教育队伍是高校思想政治教育提高实效的关键,思想政治教育队伍素质的提高需要优化选拔机制、强化竞争机制、建立流动机制、完善考核机制,还需要加强理论培训、深化德育研究、加强社会实践。To construct a higher quality ideological and Political education force is the key to inprove the efficiency of ideologecal and political education in colleges.The improvement of the quality for ideological and political education force can be done through optimizafion of choosing mechanism,strenthening competition and the establishment of flowing mechanism,perfecting the examination mechanism,together with strenthering theoreticol training,deepening moral study ard strengthering social practice.
