摘　　要：讨论影响投篮命中率有7个因素:手法、瞄准的方向、球的旋转、抛物线、协调性、判断反应和心理因素,并提出提高远距离投篮命中率的训练方法。Training method for basket shooting will be involved in how to enhance player's long range shot technique and increase the hit rate of long range shots. The author probed into the 9 problems that should be solved in long range shot training as well as the 7 factors that affect the hit rate of basket shooting,namely,shooting technique,aiming and orientation,rotation of the ball,parabola,harmony,judgment and reaction,and mental factors.
