摘　　要：本文简要介绍了齐齐哈尔铁路枢纽车站布局、运输组织分工现状及其发展趋势,结合铁路跨越式发展战略规划,对枢纽内货车解编系统——三间房车站站区规划及设备改造方案进行了初步研究。This paper introduces the layout of the stations and the present situation of the transport organization in Qiqihar railway hub. I relate the strategic plan of the spanning development and bring forward a conceived plan atout the system of cars shunting. It is the plan of the equipment transformation of Sanjianfang station.
