摘　　要：本文从三间房站的一起超速连挂调车事故入手,客观的从技术角度,对整个调车场调速系统进行分析,从根本上找出事故原因,并对如何保证安全,消除事故隐患提出了一系列解决问题的措施。同时,对驼峰技术改造工程施工的原始设计中存在的不足之处进行了讨论。The article analyses the San - jian - fang station accident what has happened with humping wagons of high speed from technical point. It also discusses the reason why it can make the wagons speed higher than the safe coupling speed. It mentions what should do the next step in order to improve the situation of the station. In another way, it discusses the lack of the design of the system. It mentions the theory of the point - continued type speed control system.
