摘　　要：有计划的市场经济促使人们用经营的理念去重新认识一些问题。城市的管理和建设也需要融入经营这一理念。本文从城市经营的概念、目标、实现手段等几个方面分析了城市经营的相关问题。尤其是在城市特色的挖掘和建立上,提出了自己的一些的认识。The planned market economy make people recognize some problems with the idea of management,which is also necessary to be introduced to city management and construction.In this paper,the relevant problems about city management are analyzed from some aspects such as its concept,object,practical means and so on.Especially,some opinions on the foundation of city characteristic are brought forward.
