摘　　要：马克思以进化论的观点来看待资本主义的产业组织。认为产业中各企业是有差异的,而且这种差异是累积的和进化的,企业在不确定的市场环境中,在追逐剩余价值最大化的内在驱动力和资本主义市场竞争的外部强制力的作用下,不断地进行资本积累以实现技术创新和组织创新,企业间的这种互动行为促使产业组织自发地向更高级的形式进化。Marx treat capitalist industrial organization in the view of Darwinism.He think that enterprises are different,and the differences is accumulative and evolutionary,in the uncertain environment of market the enterprises carry through capital accumulating continuously in order to realize technology innovation and organization innovation driving by the desire of pursuing excessive residual value and the pressure of competition,the behavior of the enterprises promote the industrial organization to evolve toward more advanced forms spontaneously.
