摘 要:为了探讨驱动轮系统各接触体的应力特征,应用弹性力学的公式和赫兹理论对多体接触问题的应力进行了研究,深入分析了接触应力的计算方法,推导出计算多弹性体接触时接触应力的实用计算公式,并结合驱动轮系统中驱动轮和捆线以及捆线和托辊接触的实际情况,考虑各接触体间相互作用的影响,分别计算出了其解析解,为零件的设计和机构改进以及分析此系统的磨损提供理论依据和参考数据。According to the formula of elastic mechanics and the Hertz theory, in this paper, contact stress of the multi-object contacting is investigated in order to understand the stress characteristic of the driving wheel system. The method to calculate them is analyzed in detail and analytic solutions are obtained in combination with the practical situation such as the contacts between the driving wheel and the bundling wire as well as between the bundling wire and the carried roller and the effects of the interactions among them. These have provided factual basis and reference data to design these machine parts and further analyze the wear of the system as well as improving the mechanism.
