摘 要:根据偏置于两平板间转子两端剪切力不平衡的原理,本文设计加工了偏置式垂直转子超小型粘性泵,并利用PIV 技术对其内部的流动进行了可视化量测。通过对试验数据进行进一步地分析,得到了其内部流场的流线分布及相关性能曲线。为了更好地研究其内部流动特性,本文还通过N—S方程对其内部的流动进行了数值模拟计算,并分析比较了计算和试验结果。In this paper, a microminiaturized viscous pump is introduced. When a cylinder placed asymmetrically in a narrow duct is rotated, the different viscous resistance between the small gap and the large one causes a net flow along the channel. Based on the principle, a viscous pump whose rotary axis is placed asymmetrically is manufactured and visualization of its interior flow with PIV is made. After further analysis of obtained datum, the distribution of flow streamlines and related characteristic charts in the interior flow field can be figured out. In order to make further research on the pump, the numerical simulation of its interior flow is proceeded basing on N-S equations and comparison between two results is made.
