摘  要:目的:观察当归静脉注射液分离组分对脑缺血模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用结扎大鼠动脉制造脑缺血模型,给予当归静脉注射液分离组分Angi-SS和Angi-YY,测定动物脑NO、脑SOD、血清NO和血清MDA的含量。结果:丹参和当归静脉注射液分离组分Angi-SS、Angi-YY均有升高脑内SOD含量的作用,Angi-YY的作用最为明显;Angi-SS和Angi-YY均有降低脑缺血大鼠脑内NO含量的作用;Angi-SS有降低脑缺血大鼠血清内NO含量的作用;Angi-SS和Angi-YY均能使脑缺血大鼠血清MDA的含量降低,而Angi-SS的作用更明显。结论:Angi-SS和Angi-YY没有降低大脑皮层和海马h1段固缩神经细胞数量的作用。OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of the separate segments of the angelica intravenous injection to the cerebral ischemia models of rats. METHODSThe model of cerebral ischemia is established by ligating the rats’ artery, the rats were given the separate segments Angi-SS and Angi-YY of the angelica intravenous injection respectively.2 weeks later the content of Nitric Oxide and SOD in cerebrum, Nitric Oxide and MDA in serum were determined. RESULTSBoth the separate segments Angi-SS and Angi-YY could increase the content of SOD in cerebrum, the effect by Angi-YY is more obvious. Both Angi-SS and Angi-YY could decrease the content of Nitric Oxide in cerebrum. Angi-SS could decrease Nitric Oxide in rats' serum.Angi-SS and Angi-YY could decrease the content of MDA in rats’ serum.The effect by Angi-SS is more obvious. CONCLUSIONThe angelica intravenous injection could decrease the amount of solidified-contract Nerve Cells in cerebrum and hippocampus h1 area. Angi-SS and Angi-YY have no such effect.
