血塞通注射液对脑出血血肿吸收的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血塞通注射液对急性脑出血患者血肿吸收情况。方法对206例急性脑出血患者随机分为两组:(1)血塞通治疗组126例;(2)对照组80例,比较两组血肿吸收速度。结果治疗组平均每日血肿吸收量>0.8ml者占95%,对照组平均每日血肿吸收量>0.8ml者仅占30.7%。结论血塞通注射液静滴可加速脑出血血肿吸收速度。Objective To observe the absorption effect of Xuesaitong injection for the patients with haematoma of acute cerebral hemorrhage Methods 206 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups at random,(1)the treatment group included 126 patients,(2)the control group were 80 patients.The absorption rate of haematoma of two groups was compared.Results The patients with the average absorbing amount of the haematoma >0.8ml every day of the treatment group were 95%,while those patients of the control group under the same circumstance were only 30.7%.Conclusion Xuesaitong injection can accelerate the absorption rate of haematoma of cerebral hemorrhage.
