摘　　要：从当前农业图书馆人力资源管理现状出发,指出了在人力资源的投资、管理方式和激励机制上存在的偏颇,提出了一系列改善农业图书馆人力资源管理现状的举措。Starting from the present situation of the human resource management of the agricultural library, this paper points out the extremes existing in the investment, management and motivation of the human resource, and puts forward a series of the measures for improving the present situation of the human resource management of the agricultural library.
