摘　　要：针对高校图书馆数字化建设中存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策,包括开展馆员终身教育,引进复合型人才,加强基础设施建设,完善相关法律法规,全局规划,统一标准,加强区域合作,共享成果,建设特色资源体系,开展特色服务,转变服务模式等。In the light of the problems existing in the construction of university digital library, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for solving these problems, which include carrying out the lifetime education fir the librarians, introducing the composite-type talents, strengthening the construction of the infrastructure, perfecting relevant laws and regulations, making the global planning, unifying the standard, strengthening the regional cooperation, sharing the achievements, building the characteristic resources system, providing the characteristic service, and transforming the service mode, etc.
