摘　　要：网络环境下,女性图书馆员通过不断的学习、提高,再加上网络环境下的性别模糊化,必将跨越性别歧视的鸿沟,在建设数字化图书馆的过程中担当重任。Under the network environment, through continuous studying and increasing, and also because the gender fuzzification under the network environment, the women librarians will cross the gender chasm certainly and shoulder the heavy tasks in the course of the construction of the digital library.
