摘　　要：李觏作为北宋的政治家、思想家、文学家,在许多方面都很有建树,尤其是他的管理思想,内容之丰富、论点之超前,堪称管理思想史上一颗明珠。从经济、教育和农业三方面入手,有选择、有重点地分析了李觏的管理思想,展现了其思想的独到之处。As the statesman, thinker and writer of Earlier Song Dynasty, LI Gou made a lot of contributions in many aspects, especially his managerial thought can be called as a bright pearl in the history of the managerial thought because of its abundant contents and leading theses. Starting from three aspects of the economy, education and agriculture, this paper analyzes on the managerial thought of LI Gou selectively and emphatically for revealing the specific characteristics of his thought.
