摘 要:三相电压型PWM整流器常采用间接电流控制方案,但若电网电压波动或电路参数变化,就无法保证功率因数稳定。为此,提出一种智能功率因数控制方案,即在间接电流控制基础上增加功率因数角闭环。用基于相敏整流原理的新方法实时检测功率因数角,通过模糊控制器对交流侧电压幅值和相位进行前馈补偿,目的是使PWM整流器在各种扰动下保持单位功率因数和稳定的直流输出电压。用TMS320F2407作为系统核心控制芯片,对控制系统的硬件电路和软件设计进行了研究。实验结果证明此方案可行。Three-phase PWM voltage source rectifier often adopts indirect current control scheme. However,if the power network′s voltage fluctuated or the circuit parameters changed,the constant power factor can′t be promised. For above reason an intelligent power factor control scheme has been put forward.On the basis of indirect current control a closed loop of power factor angle is added. The power factor angle is detected in real time by a new method by phase-sensitive rectification theory,and the AC side voltage′s amplitude and phase are compensated by feedforward through the fuzzy controller. Thus unity power factor and stable DC side output voltage can be kept under disturbance. Ad-ditionally the control system′s hardware circuit and software design are studied with TMS320F2407 as its core chip. The experiment results prove this scheme is completely realizable.
