摘　　要：针对三相反应式步进电机,设计了一种经济实用的驱动器。该驱动器在步进电机低速运转时采用低压供电,降低了低频振荡;在高速运转时采用高压供电,提高了高频力矩。驱动电路采用恒流斩波方式,提高了步进电机的运转扭矩和工作效率。选用IRFP250型VMOS场效应管驱动电机,使得驱动器功耗低、稳定可靠。批量使用结果表明,该驱动器电路简洁、性价比高、可用性强、易于维修,具有一定的推广使用价值。An economical and practical driver for three-phase reaction stepper motor is designed ,which is powered by low voltage when the stepper motor runs at low speed so that the low frequency vibration is weakened,and is powered by high voltage when running at high speed so that the high frequency torque of the motor is raised.The driving circuits adopt constant current chopping for the purpose of improving rotating torque and increasing working efficiency of the stepper motor.IRFP250 VMOS transistors are chosen to drive the stepper motor so as to make the driver wasting low power and being stable and reliable.The result of the driver used in batches shows that the driver has concise circuits,high ratio of performance to price,good availability and fine maintainability so it has great value of being popularized and used.
