摘　　要：阐述了应用在便携情报通信设备中的环型可编程开关电容(SC)升降压DC/DC变换器的基本结构和工作原理;用实例说明了3级SC变换器的输出特性;测量了3/2升压型和2/3降压型电路中的主要参数。其中,输出电阻Ro和工作效率η是反映该变换器性能优劣的两个重要指标。在给定实验电路参数下,分别测得Ro为1.5Ω和0.59Ω,η为84.4%和87.1%,充分证明了该电路的优良性能。This paper concerns ring type programable Switched-Capacitor (SC) Boost-Buck DC/DC convertor,which is used in portable intellegence communication equipment. The basic structure,operational principle and the logical conception of programming of the converter are expatiated in this paper.The output characters of 3 rank SC converter are interpreted by real examples.The parametres of 3/2 Boost circuit and 2/3 Buck circuit are also tested,in which the output resistor Ro and working effectiveness η are the key parameters to present the performance of proposed converter.And these two parameters are tested under rated experimental circuit parameters,the testing results are: Ro=1.5Ω and 0.59Ω,and η=84.4% and 87.1% separately. And these parametres means the circuit does have an excellent performance.
