摘　　要：刘少奇科学技术观高瞻远瞩,博大精深,具有严谨的逻辑结构。突出科学技术对国家建设和发展的重大作用,是刘少奇科学技术观的逻辑起点;向科学技术要效益,向科学技术要生产力,是刘少奇科学技术观的根本着力点;尊重知识分子,培养科技人才,是刘少奇科学技术观的核心内容;科学管理,提高质量,是刘少奇科学技术观的重要原则;加强农业技术改造,搞好中国农村,实现整体发展,是刘少奇科学技术观的基本立足点。The viewpoint of science & technology of Liu Shaoqi takes a broad and long view and has extensive knowledge and profound scholarship with precise logi cal structure. It is the logical starting point of it to give prominence to the function of Science & techonology on the construction and development of country .It is the basement of it to ask for benefit and productivity from science & te chnology. It is the core content of it to respect the intellectual and foster th e science & technological talent. It is the important principal of it to manage scientifically and improve the quality. It is the stand of it to strengthen the reconstruction of the agriculture techonology and strengthen Chinese country rea lizing the complete development of the country.
