锅炉不能稳定带满负荷的原因试验分析

摘　　要：对汉川电厂2号锅炉近年来不能稳定带满负荷的原因进行了试验分析。判定该炉不能稳定带满负荷的原因是:空气预热器(以下简称空预器)及一次风漏风率过大、部分给粉机表盘转速与就地实际转速不符及制粉系统运行不正常。通过相应改造,解决了存在的问题。The cause of unstable operation at full load of No. 2 boiler of Hanchuan Power Plant in recent years was analyzed through field test.It was considered that rhe high leakage of air pre-heater and primary air,the difference of the rotation rates between the panel indication and the real value of the coal feeder,and the abnormal operation of coal pulverizing system were the probable reason.Appropriate modifications were carried out to solve this problem.
