复发性流产和不明原因不孕患者子宫内膜白血病抑制因子表达研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白血病抑制因子(leukaemiainhibitoryfactor,LIF)在复发性流产和不明原因不孕患者黄体中期子宫内膜的表达情况。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,对31例不明原因不孕和30例复发性流产患者黄体中期子宫内膜LIF表达量的测定,对照组34例为继发性不孕患者(输卵管阻塞的)黄体中期子宫内膜。结果不明原因不孕组妇女子宫内膜中LIF表达量(M)为(169.00ng/l),与对照组(M)为(240.00ng/l)相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);习惯性流产组LIF表达量(M)为(90.25ng/l),与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01),复发性流产组与不明原因不孕组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论LIF基因可能在启动胚泡着床和维持妊娠方面有重要作用,黄体中期子宫内膜LIF基因表达量的减少可能是导致不明原因不孕和复发性流产的原因。Objective :To investigate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF) in the endometrium of women with habitual abortion and unexplained infertility. Methods: Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed to determine LIF gene expression in the endometrium of women with habitual abortion and unexplained infertility during mid-luteal phase. Thirty patients with habitual abortin and thirty-one patients with unexplained infertility were included as study groups, thirty-four women with tube obstruction were selected as control group.Results: The expression of LIF in control group ,unexplained infertility group and habitual abortion group median (M )were 240.00ng/l;169.00ng/l and 90.25ng/l,respectively. Endometrial LIF expression during mid-luteal phase in unexplained infertility group and habitual abortion group were significantly lower than that of control group 169.00ng/l vs 240ng/l(P<0.01), 90.25ng/l vs 240ng/l (P<0.01) .But there were no difference between unexplained infertility group and habitual abortion group(P>0.05). Conclusion: LIF gene play important roles in the process of implantation and pregnancy maintaining. The decreased or defected expression of LIF may be one of the major causes of unexplained infertility and habitual abortion.
