摘  要:换热器是热力系统的关键设备,对于低温换热器来说,由于流体的温度变化很大,为了减少轴向导热的影响,设计出的换热器往往很长。为了使换热器的结构型式更为紧凑合理,提出了一种新型板束结构,将换热器沿长度方向折叠。对物理模型用有限元的方法进行了数值模拟,对新型板束结构换热器的传热性能和压力损失进行分析。计算发现,合理选择板束间隔热片的材料和厚度,可以使新型板束结构的板翅式换热器在保持优良传热性能的基础上,实现高效紧凑、布局合理的良好效果。The heat exchanger is the key equipment in the heat system, which might be designed to be longer in cryogenic system due to fluid temperature deep change.In order to make the heat exchanger have a much compact structure in space, a new type of plate-fin heat exchanger is advanced, which is collapsed along the length.The physical model is numerically simulated using a finite element method to analyse the thermal performance and pressure drops of this new type of plate-fin heat exchanger. It is verified that this new type of plate-fin heat exchanger will keep good thermal performance and will have a much compact structure when the coefficient of heat conductivity and the thickness of thermal insulating layer are selected in reason.
