摘　　要：目前PACS已经提到大型医院信息化建设日程上来。本文介绍了国内外PACS的建设现状,提出三种建设全院性PACS方案,对其优缺点进行了阐述,最后提出成功引进PACS的关键是首先写好需求方案。Currently,the large hospitals are going to construct PACS.This paper introduces the status quo of constructing PACS in our country and other countries in the world.Three methods of constructing the hospital-integrated PACS to be presented and these methods are compared.Finally,a good request for proposal(RFP)is a key of successful purchasing PACS products.
