摘　　要：目的以ASV通气模式为例,探讨智能化呼吸机的智能控制理论,进一步提高使用技术。方法总结临床高龄重症呼吸衰竭患者救治过程中智能化通气模式的使用方法和经验。结果提高了急危重症呼吸衰竭患者救治成功率,延长患者的存活时间。讨论智能化呼吸机研制开发大势所趋,提倡拓宽应用范围,进行开发性使用,加强人员学习和培训,充分发挥智能化呼吸机的应有作用。Objective Take an example of adaptive support ventilation mode,investigate intelligentized control on meˉchanical ventilator,improve application techniques.Method Analyze application measures and experience of intelligenˉtized ventilation mode during curing eldly patients with severe respiration failure.Result Improve cure success rate of patients with urgent and severe diseases,prolong life time of patients.Conlusion Development and exploitation intelliˉgentized mechanical ventilator is the great trendency,advocate broadering application scale,perform exploitation utiˉlization,reinforce staffs'training,make good use of intelligentized ventilator.
