摘　　要：文章对公路工程招投标项目造价确定和计量支付有关问题进行了分析,对公路工程的投标报价、标底测算和有关的计量支付提出了一些计算方法,可应用于公路工程项目的各项管理。The question of confirm bid item's cost of highway project and measure and pay is analysed in the paper, to the bid of highway engineering , base number of a tender calculate and about measurement pay , propose some convenient computing technology not only simple but also easy, it can be better applied in every management of the highway project.
