摘　　要：以矿业城市发展历史为背景,对矿业城市在建国初期、三线建设时期、改革初期至20世纪80年代末的发展变迁作了博弈论的绩效分析,从制度安排的角度对矿业城市进行了重新解释,并且对矿业城市在加入WTO的趋势进行了分析研究。Based on the history of mining city development, this paper analyzes the performance of mining city in the four stages: the early stage of China foundation, the national defenses construction, the early stage of opening and reform to the late time in the 80s. The paper also expounds the mining city in view of system, and discuses the development trends since China joined the WTO.
