阜新煤矸石粉煤灰高科技产业化开发重点

摘　　要：阜新市2001年被国务院定为资源枯竭型城市经济转型试点,堆存煤矸石9.8亿t、粉煤灰2000万t,虽然煤矸石用于发电并与粉煤灰一道做烧结砖,但未能形成接续产业以促进经济转型。作者查明阜新煤矸石的火山凝灰质等资源特点经过试验研制,提出开发高硅矸石微晶玻璃系列、曝气生物滤池矸石滤料、粉煤灰超细空心微珠系列产品和高钙镁矸石火山灰水泥系列等高科技产品,作为接续产业的开发重点。When the Fuxin was confirmed as the experimental place for economic transformation of resource- exhausted city by the State Council in 2001, there were 0.98 billion tons of coal gangue and 20 million tons of fly ash stacked. Gangue is used for electricity generation and clinker brick with coal ash, but this technique has not been mature to form the continued industry to promote the economic transformation. The authors find out that the gangue resources in Fuxin City are characterized by volcanic tuff according to a series of trials, put forward that the high-tech products, such as glass-ceramic with Si-gangues, gasification organism filter with gangue, hollow tiny pearl with nanometer fly ash and volcano ash cement with Ca, Mg-gangue, are regarded as the development emphasis of the continued industry.
