摘 要:本实验研究采用茂名市周边地区广泛分布的白油厂和润滑油厂制取白油和润滑油产生的酸渣作为研究对象。对其性质、组成、分离性能、制备产品的可行性及其回收处理方法和工艺条件等进行了初步的试验摸索;并在酸渣成分分析的基础上,用各种含钙化合物与酸渣反应进行对比实验,得出用酸渣制取固体硫酸钙的较优方案;从而实现了酸渣的回收利用并从根本上解决了酸渣对环境的污染和危害。The Experiment adopted acid-dreg produced by the white oil factory, and lubricating oil factory that set surrounding Maoming city extensively as the research object to study. The property, composition, reparative performance of acid-dreg had been explored and its feasibility of product preparation, recycles measure and techniques qualification also had been researched in this paper. Based on the composition analysis of the acid-dreg, a contrast experiment of the reaction between calcic compound(CaCO_3CaOCaCl_2Ca(OH)_2Ca_3(PO_4)_2 )and acid-dreg had been made here and found the best project for the preparation of calcium sulphate from acid-dreg. This thereby achieved the recycle and use of acid-dreg and solved the problem of pollution by acid-dreg fundamentally.
