摘　　要：创新是专属人和人类社会的范畴,是人的发展和超越的本质特性。产品创新、行为创新、观念创新构成了创新系统的结构。从功能上看,创新不仅对良好的个人素质和人格的形成及发展具有重要的作用,而且是一个民族的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,是人类社会发展的根本动力。As the basic trait of human,innovation is unique to human and human society. It means developing and the surpassing.Innovation on product ,behavior and the mode of thought composes the whole systematic construction of innovation.It plays a very importan role in the formation and development of good individual quality and personality. It is not only the soul of a nation but also the perpetual motive force of the nations’prosperity and the fundamental driving force of social development.
