摘　　要：对高等级公路路面施工设备的优化配置和施工参数进行分析,研制了一套高等级公路施工机群自动配置系统。该系统采用了工期给定、施工材料供给量给定和主导设备给定的3种方式,对施工机械进行优化配置,提供施工设备的最优关键参数,并生成最优配置数据库,以供动态系统查询调用。同时还可将经过试验路段修正过的优化方案添加到设备选型数据库中去,对自动配置系统进行补充和修正。该系统在实际路段的机群自动施工中使用效果良好。Optimized formation of construction equipment and operation parameters are analyzed for high-class pavement construction and an automated formation system was developed. The system adopts three modes of given work time, given amount of material feeding and given main equipment to optimize the formation of construction machinery. Optimum key parameters of equipment are provided to form the optimum formation database for dynamic search of the system. In addition, optimized schemes corrected by a test road can be added into equipment selection database to supplement and modify the automatic formation system. The system showed satisfactory results in automatic construction of the fleet on an actual road.
