摘　　要：针对公路施工中沥青砼的离析现象、施工作业方式对施工质量的影响进行了分析,介绍了应用沥青砼转运车新的路面施工工艺。在摊铺之前对沥青砼进行重新混合,消除离析现象,并可实现稳定恒速摊铺作业,可显著改变路面摊铺质量,得到平整度高、密实度均匀、寿命长的路面。介绍、比较了部分国内外转运车产品的主要性能特点。其中,天津鼎盛公司的LZ1000型转运车最大输送能力为1200t/h,结构先进可靠,控制自动化水平高,使用效果良好,满足了公路施工的要求。Aiming at the segregation phenomena of asphalt concrete in road construction, the influence of construction mode on construction quality is analyzed. A new pavement construction process, that adopts asphalt concrete transfer vehicle, is described in the article. The asphalt concrete must be re-mixed before paving to avoid segregation and also to realize stable and constant speed paving operation, which can significantly improve the paving quality and achieve pavement of high flatness, even compactness and of long life. Characteristics of some material transfer vehicles home and abroad are introduced and compared. Among them, model LZ1000 transfer vehicle from Tianjin Dingsheng Company with a maximum transferring capacity of 1200t/h and featuring advanced structure and high automation level has shown satisfactory effect in practical operation and can meet the requirements of road construction.
