摘　　要：邓小平人才观是对马克思主义人才观、毛泽东思想人才理论的继承与发展,是建设中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分,是加快我国政治体制改革和经济体制改革,实现现代化的重要推动力。与时俱进是邓小平理论的高贵理论品质,在新时期,以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体对邓小平人才观进行不断发展与创新,为我国人力资源的开发和人才强国战略的实施提供了重要的指导思想。Deng Xiaoping’s outlook of talents has inherited and developed the Marxist talent outlook and Mao Zedong’s theory about talent. It represents an important component of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and is the motive force to advance the reform of the political and economic systems and to realize modermization in China.Keeping pace with the times is a valuable quality of Deng Xiaoping’s Theory. In the new era, the third collective leadership with Jiang Zemin at its core made constant development and innovation of Deng xiaoping’s outlook of talents and thus provided an important guide for the exploitation of the human rescources of the nation and the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the nation with talents.
