增强大学生思想政治工作实效性的措施

摘　　要：在当今国际国内形势深刻变化的背景下,大学生思想政治教育既面临有利条件又面临严峻挑战,针对当代大学生中存在的某些问题及大学生思想政治工作的薄弱环节,如学生价值取向的多元化、心理压力的增大、“网络时代”带来的新挑战、学校后勤化改革的新问题、学生来源多元化产生的认同差异等,本文提出了“六结合”思路,对增强大学生思想政治工作的实效性做初探性研究。The political and ideological education of university students is faced with both opportunities and challenges owing to the profound changes that have taken place in the international and domestic situations. The main problematic and weak points are manifested in pluralism of values among the students, the increase in their psychological pressure, the new challenges brought about by the “internet era”, the reform on logistic service and diversification in orientation due to different backgrounds. With these problems in mind, the author of the paper proposes “six combinations” so as to improve the effectiveness of political and ideological work in universities and colleges of China.
