ONTOGFNY OF 6 TYPES OF PEPTIDERGIC NFRVESOF SMALL INTESTINE IN HUMAN FETUSES

摘  要:采用免疫组织化学PAP法,对53例不同胎龄的人胚胎小肠的亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-Enk)、P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和甘丙素(GAL)等6种肽能神经的发生发育过程进行观察,并与ACh能神经和膀胱的肽能神经的发生做了对比研究。结果表明,人胚胎小肠神经中ACh能神经发生早于肽能神经;同一个体不同器官肽能神经并非同时发生。本文观察到的小肠肽能神经的分布,比已有的报道广泛;6种肽能神经的出现时间,亦比以往研究所见的早。he 6 types of peptidergic innervation (L-Enk. NPY, SP, VIP, GaL) end Ach-ergicnerves of small intestine in 53 human fetuses with gestational ages ranged from 8 to 40 weekswere studied by immunocytochemistry and histochemistry , and the resuts were compared withthe peptidergic nerves of urinary bladder in human fetuses.The results indicated that the ontogeny of Achergic nerves is earlier (9 weeks of gestation) than that of 6 types of peptidergic nerves. The time apperance of VIP , SP , NPY , and L-Enk iseaelier (12 weeks of gestation , followed by GaL (12 weeks of gestation and CGRP (12 weeksof gestation). The peptidergic nerve fibers of urinary bladder appeared more later , as comparedwith those of intestine. The findings indicated that the ontogeny of peptidergic innervation maybe hetrochronous in diflerent organs. The time of development of peptidergic nerves found by theauthors is 1-3 weeks earlier than that of the Previous reports.
