金黄地鼠甲状腺滤泡旁细胞内晶样体的超微结构

摘　　要：在金黄地鼠（包括胎鼠、新生鼠、幼鼠及青年鼠）甲状腺滤泡旁细胞的胞质内发现一种晶样体。其与线粒体膜紧相贴邻，直径０．３～１．０ｍ，长０．５～８．０ｍ。每个晶样体由８～２０条平行且间距相似的纤维样结构组成，其直径为２０～２５ｎｍ。Intracytoplasmic crystalloid bodies were found in the thyroid parafollicular cells of fetal,newborn , and young golden hamsters. These trystalloids are membrane bounded. They are 0. 3to 1. 0 m in diameter and 0. 5 to 8. 0 m in length. The crystalloid is composed of 8 to 20 paral-lel filaments at similar intervals. and the filament is 20 to 25 nm in diameter.
