影响高性能混凝土强度的因素研究

摘  要:通过对试验结果的分析,讨论了在常规材料及通用工艺方法条件下矿渣、粉煤灰、减水剂和水胶比等因素对高性能混凝土强度的影响,以及上述材料在不同水胶比时相互作用的机理。阐述了如何利用矿渣掺合料、粉煤灰、减水剂掺量及水胶比的不同,在满足混凝土性能要求的前提下,调节早期强度与后期强度增长的关系,确定混凝土各组分的最佳组合。得出水胶比及矿渣掺量的变化对混凝土抗压强度的影响较为显著,水胶比在0.24~0.26可获得28d强度接近90MPa的混凝土。对实际应用的工程结构进行抽芯检测,结果表明其强度比实验室中测得的强度低10%左右。The influence of slag,fly ash,superplasticizer and water-binder ratio on the strength of high-performance concrete under common technical conditions and the mutual effect mechanisms among above materials under different water-binder ratio were discussed on the basis of experimental data. In addition, the author explained how to determine the optimal combinations of the ingredients in the concrete which met the need of high-performance by adjusting the relationship between short-term strength and long-term strength of concrete according to the different mixing ratio of slag, fly ash, superplasticizer and water-binder ratio. It was obtained that the change of water-binder ratio and amount of slag admixture evidently influence the strength of concrete.When water-binder ratio is 0.24~0.26 the strength of concrete at 28 d is close to 90 MPa.The result of sampling test on engineering structure of practical application shows that the strength is 10% lower than that of test in laboratory.
