摘　　要：在诉讼中,案件久而不决、诉讼周期过长等现象较为普遍,因而,降低诉讼成本、提高诉讼收益已势在必行。文章明确了成本、收益的确切含义,论述了对成本收益分析的机会成本分析、边际分析和效益分析三种分析方法。通过对诉讼的成本收益分析,可以有针对性地降低诉讼成本、提高诉讼收益。In the litigation, it is the common phenomena that the case is long but not judge, litigation period is long. So lower the cost of litigation, and increase the litigation income have already been imperative under the situation. At first, this article makes clear the exact meaning of cost and income ,and indicates three analysis methods: analysis of opportunity cost,analysis of limit deal and analysis of benefit.After the analysys, we can lower the cost of litigation, and increase the litigation income contraposly.
