摘　　要：卫生与健康问题应放到宏观经济层面上来分析解决。既要明确宏观经济的发展对卫生事业的积极作用和一定的副作用,又要认识到卫生事业发展对宏观经济发展的促进和影响作用,因此要处理好两者的关系。The issue of health should be analyzed and coped with at the level of macro economy.The development of macro economy plays an active role in health service development,accompanying some side effects.Also the development of health service could facilitate or influence macro economy development.Mutual relationship should be well coped with.
